  1. 01Is everything on the site in stock?

    Yes. Every piece is made in small runs and held in our Accra studio before it goes on the site. If a size shows as available, we have it on the shelf and it ships from us directly. When a size sells out, it's marked sold out.

  2. 02How long does delivery take, and how much is it?

    • Accra: 1 to 2 working days, GHS 80.
    • Nationwide: 3 to 5 working days, GHS 80.

    Delivery is free on orders over GHS 1,500.

  3. 03How can I pay?

    Mobile money (MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo) or card, securely through Paystack. We never see or store your card details.

  4. 04How do I track my order?

    Right after you order, we email you a confirmation with a private link to your order status. It updates when your order is packed, shipped and delivered. Our rider or courier will also call you before delivery.

  5. 05Do I need an account?

    No. Checkout is guest-only: just your name, email, phone and address.

  6. 06How do I know my size?

    Our joggers and shorts are cut relaxed and roomy, so most people take their usual size. If you're between sizes or want a looser fit, size up. Still unsure? Message us with your height and usual size and we'll help before you order.

  7. 07Can I cancel or change my order?

    Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us with your order number and we'll cancel it for a full refund or change the size or address. See our refund & cancellation policy.

  8. 08What's your return policy?

    You have 14 days from delivery to return anything unworn and unwashed, with the tags on. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded at no cost to you. Read the full refund policy.

  9. 09How long do refunds take?

    We start your refund within 2 working days of approving it. Mobile money refunds usually land in 1 to 3 working days; card refunds can take 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.

  10. 10Will a sold-out item come back?

    Sometimes, but not always. We make small runs on purpose. Join the newsletter at the bottom of the page to hear about restocks and new drops first.

  11. 11Do you ship outside Ghana?

    Not yet. We deliver to all 16 regions of Ghana.

  12. 12How do I care for my pieces?

    Wash cold, inside out, with similar colours. Don't tumble dry or iron directly on prints. Hang to dry out of direct sun so colours stay bright.
