IMNY is a Ghanaian womenswear brand based in Accra. We design and sell our own clothing (joggers, shorts and tees) directly to customers through this website. You can reach us at our contact page.

Everything on the site is our own stock, already made and held in our Accra studio. We make small runs, so once a size or colour sells out it may not come back. The site shows live availability, and stock is held for you while you pay.

We do our best to show colours accurately, but they can look slightly different on different screens. If you're unsure about sizing, message us before you order and we'll help.

All prices are in Ghana cedis (GHS) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per order.

Online payments by mobile money or card are processed securely by Paystack. We never see or store your card details. Pay on delivery is available only in the areas shown at checkout.

When you place an order you're offering to buy the items. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. You'll get an order number and a private link to follow your order.

We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, a price was clearly shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. We'll always tell you if we do.

We deliver across Ghana. Times and costs are set out in our shipping policy. Please give a correct address and a reachable phone number; we're not responsible for delays caused by wrong details.

You can cancel before your order ships, and return unworn items with tags within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our refund & cancellation policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, scrape it, place fake orders or interfere with other customers. All photos, designs, logos and text on the site belong to IMNY and can't be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

If you send us a review, we may publish it on the site with your first name and city. We check reviews before publishing and won't publish anything abusive, off-topic or that includes other people's personal details.

We only use your details to run your order and, if you sign up, to send you our newsletter. See our privacy policy.

We're responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We're not responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably foresee, or for delays caused by events outside our control (such as severe weather or courier strikes). Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow that limit.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
